Members and visitors are welcome to attend the Society's monthly meetings at 7.30 pm on the first Wednesday of each month from February to November. New members and visitors should check before attending as meetings are held in various locations. Meetings usually include a short business meeting, a "Show and Tell" session, an invited speaker, and supper. Special visits may be arranged to institutions dealing in some degree with insect biology e.g. NSW Forestry, Royal Botanical Gardens, NSW DPI, Australian Museum. Meetings provide an excellent opportunity to meet other entomologists and discuss mutual interests.
